Dayton is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Dayton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We had so much fun! Definitely wear rain boots or old shoes. We came on a rainy day, so it was extra muddy, but the rain scared everyone away, and we were the only ones there! The sweetest barn cat guided us around the farm and through the trails. He even sat with us while we played on the tire swing! You get to walk into the pastures with the animals, and they are so sweet! There is also a big washing tub with soap toward the front, so we were able to rinse off our boots and wash up before leaving. We will definitely be back!!

Finding Learning Tree Farm was a happy accident for me. I had plans cancelled last minute but NEEDED to pet some cows and put my feet in some grass. I came here on a whim, trying to save the day. I left so full of happiness. The animals are all well taken care of and you can walk right up to them and pet them as they wander around their field. I have already signed up to volunteer in the future because I just felt so kindred with this place. There are cows, horses, donkey, chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep, and goats. They have a community garden, as well as bee hives and a picnic area. Excited to also try the bee seminar on June 20th!

Stayed here as RV guests via RV hosts. What a lovely surprise and experience. Besides our human hosts we met all our animal friends. Relaxing and well kept property and learning environment. A 6 star experience.

We love the farm where you can experience one on one contact with a variety of farm animals. The animals are all gentle and loved to be loved. A wonderful experience every time!

A true hidden Dayton Gem. The farm is open to everyone and you just go in and are able to pet all the animals. We saw duck, goats, sheep including four sweet babies, donkeys, horses, little pigs, cats, chickens, dogs and cows. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was surprised when you were able to wonder around on your own. Great deal at $5 per person. And wasn’t crowded at all when we were there. Came across what I believe were the owners and they we lovely as well. Great couple hours here!
